Maid in Heaven Cleaning Services LLC is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality cleaning services. Because our services involve time, labor, and scheduling, the following policy applies.
Service-Based Refunds
Refunds are not automatically issued for completed cleaning services. Each concern is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Reporting an Issue
Any service-related concerns must be reported within 12 hours of the scheduled service completion. Claims submitted after this time may not be eligible for review.
Resolution Options
If a concern is validated, we may, at our discretion:

Return to re-clean the affected area, or
-
Issue a partial credit toward a future service
Full refunds are not guaranteed and are rarely issued once a service has been performed.​
Scope of Work
Refunds or credits apply only to services included in the original booking. Additional requests not originally scheduled are not eligible.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full-service amount.
Access & Safety
If our team is unable to complete the service due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or utilities not being available, the service may be charged in full.
