These terms & conditions govern the use of services provided by Maid in Heaven Cleaning Services LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
Maid in Heaven Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and short-term cleaning services based on the details provided by the client at the time of booking. All services are limited to the agreed-upon scope of work. Any additional services requested outside the original booking may result in additional charges.
2. Pricing & Quotes

All quotes are based on the information provided by the client (square footage, number of rooms, condition of the property, etc.).

Prices may be adjusted if the actual condition or size of the property differs from what was disclosed.

Customized pricing is used; we do not offer flat rate guarantees.
3. Payments

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.

Late or unpaid balances may result in service cancellation or refusal of future services.

Deposits, if required, are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount.
5. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring we have safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access cannot be obtained, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
6. Satisfaction & Service Issues

Any concerns must be reported within 12-24 hours of service completion.

We reserve the right to address issues through a re-clean or service credit.

Refunds are not guaranteed for completed services.
7. Safety & Working Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable expectations, or pose a risk to our staff. This includes but is not limited to aggressive animals, biohazards, or lack of utilities.
8. Damage & Liability
We take great care while providing services. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
9. Privacy
Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information without consent.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, unsafe conditions, or repeated policy violations.
11. Policy Acceptance
By booking with Maid in Heaven Cleaning Services LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms & conditions.
